About Paul Welsh

As an experienced, award winning real estate professional, I have over 35 years of experience as a Listing and Buyer's Agent for my clients.  I specialize in working in residential sales and with first time home Buyers. As an Associate Broker and 3rd generation Realtor, I want my clients to feel they can trust me and feel secure in their decisions. I am a member of the Tri-County Suburban Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. In addition to my Associate Broker designation I also have the At Home With Diversity designation ( AHWD ).

A resident of Abington, PA for over 30 years, I use my local expertise to effectively market homes in the area. My market areas include Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia counties, and my first- hand knowledge of the neighborhoods and communities in the area gives me a unique understanding of my clients' needs. Active in my community, I volunteer with Fox & Roach charities and participate in the Fox & Roach Backpack Challenge.
